Getting started The first step is to send the requirements for your project. Provide project details such as instructions, required file format and completion date. Please give us the project’s background, including the purpose or intended use of the output that you expect from us. Feel free to go into as much detail as you feel is required. We do not encourage faxing drawings because of loss of quality and information while faxing.
Paper drawings can be scanned starting from 150 PPI - 200 PPI, however make sure the scanned information is clear and legible. Drawings and file format Hand-drawn sketches or simple base CAD files (DWG or DXF drawings) can be sent for the development of working technical drawings. You can also send files in any graphic format such as: JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PDF, GIF, PNG, PSD, AI, EPS... A project description and estimate is detailed so an agreement can be reached. We require all the needed information to be sent. A 20% payment is due at the approval of the first revision. Project Development Depending on the size and complexity of the project we will send you preview images for your approval during the development process. At the end you'll receive finished images with our logo for final approval. Finally, we'll send you final outputs on your request after the balance payment is received. Completed drawings Upon completion of your project, Lighter Design & Drafting Services will return the CAD files to your office via email, Internet FTP, CD-ROM, or courier. Your original hardcopy documents will be returned to your office upon request. Payment options
